Switched On Energy has plans to increase its workforce by 65% to gives their customers the service they deserve.
Commenting on the move, Michael Boven, Director of Switched On Energy said:
“Since our inception 12 years ago, we have built the company based on our customers and any changes which have been made since have the intention to improve our service.
The recent growth within the team will mean that our customers will receive a higher level of service, from us giving the termination notice to tendering the renewal contract.
We have to maintain our position as one of the UK’s leading agricultural and commercial energy brokers, the energy industry has seen a great number of new brokers and agents starting up and for us to still be procuring and managing over 2500 agricultural and 1500 commercial clients says a lot about our team and the level of service we deliver.”
